The right of distributors

The distributor has the right to distribute the company’s(IDP Electronics’ or IDP Electronics, the same hereinafter) product, as well as setting up his sub distributors.

The company shares profits with the distributor and refund money.

The distribution right can be in certain region or countries.

Ideally the distribution models shall be with the company’s brand. The company also release distribution contract with the distributors its own brands.

The company will protect the distributorship right.

All the promotional materials or support related to sales and marketing will be provided thoroughly.

The obligation of distributors

The distributors have the obligation to distribute the products and finish the distribution targets.

The distributors need to protect the benefits of the company.

The final specific contract is based on the agreement made between the company and the distributors.
